Preheat oven, grease pan.
In a medium saucepan melt the chocolate morsels with the milk stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat and cool 5 minutes. In a large mixing bowl beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add the chocolate mixture and granulated sugar. Mix until smooth. Set aside.
In a clean mixing bowl combine the cake mix, water, instant coffee, oil and eggs. Beat for 3 minutes with electric mixer.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle nuts on the batter.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture around the middle of pan on top of the batter.
Bake in preheated oven for the allotted time or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Remove from oven and place on wire rack in pan for 60 minutes before removing from pan.
Combine in a small saucepan the heavy whipping cream and second amount of chocolate morsels. Cook over medium heat while stirring constantly until mixture is smooth. Invert cake and drizzle with glaze while cake is still warm.
