Chocolate Kahlua Bundt Cake Recipe

1 - 18.25 oz. box
4 large
1 (6-serving) package
6 tsp
1/2 c.
1/2 c.
1/4 tsp
1/2 c.
2 c.

Chocolate cake mix
White chocolate instant pudding
Vegetable oil
Vanilla extract
Powdered sugar

Nonstick pan spray
Whipped cream, optional

Oven Temp ~ 350°
Recipe Bake Time ~ 40 - 45 minutes
Pan Type ~ 10" Bundt pan

Preheat oven, grease pan

In a large mixing bowl combine the cake mix, eggs, white chocolate instant pudding, first amount of Kahula, water, oil and vanilla extract. Mix with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Spray pan and pour batter in.
Bake the chocolate kahlua bundt cake in preheated oven for the allotted time or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Remove cake from oven and place on wire rack. In a medium bowl combine the second amount of Kahlua and the powdered sugar. Mix with a wire whip until smooth.
Pour over warm cake.
Let set in pan on wire rack until cake reaches room temperature, about 2 hours.
Invert onto cake plate.

Serve chocolate kahlua bundt cake sliced, with a dollop of whipped cream.

Serves: 10 - 12
