Choco-Chip Cheesecake Recipe

1 1/2 cup
1/4 cup
3 - 8 oz pkg
3 large
1 can
1 tsp
1 cup
2 tsp.
Chocolate graham crackers, crushed
Butter, melted
Cream cheese, softened
Sweetened condensed milk
Semi-sweet mini chocolate chips

Oven Temp ~ 300°
Bake Time ~ 55 - 60 minutes
Pan Type ~ 9" springform pan

Preheat Oven for Choco-chip Cheesecake

In a small bowl combine the crushed graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
Mix well and press into the bottom and up 2 “up the sides of pan.

In a large mixing bowl cream the cream cheese until fluffy.
Add the egg one at time beating well after each addition.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla and beat well.

Place the chocolate chips in a small bowl with the flour. Toss to coat and pour into cheesecake mixture.
Stir gently and pour on top of crust.

Bake for the allotted time or until set.

Cool choco-chip cheesecake to room temperature before placing in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.

Serves: 12 - 16
