Crust
1/2 cup
1 Tablespoon

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST(recipe follows)
nonfat cottage cheese
Neufchatel cheese (1/3 less fat cream cheese), softened
sugar or spenda
HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Cocoa or HERSHEY'S Cocoa
Strawberries, fresh or frozen
Liquid egg substitute

Frozen light non dairy whipped topping (optional)

Additional strawberries (optional)


Graham cracker crumbs
Melted margarine


Oven Temp ~ 325°
Recipe Bake Time ~ 55 - 60 minutes
Pan Type ~ 8" springform pan


Directions for Chocolate Berry Cheesecake
Preheat Oven.

Prepare GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
Stir together graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine; press onto bottom of 8-inch springform pan.


Place cottage cheese in food processor; process until smooth.
Add Neufchatel cheese, sugar, cocoa and strawberries; process until smooth.
Stir in egg substitute.
Pour batter gently over prepared graham cracker crust.
Bake until almost set in center.
With knife, loosen cheesecake from side of pan.
Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled.

Just before serving, remove the pan sides.
Serve Chocolate Berry Cheesecake with whipped topping and additional strawberries, if desired.
Cover; refrigerate leftover cheesecake.
