GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST(recipe follows)
Half and Half Milk
Low-fat cream cheese, softened
sugar or spenda
Strawberry preserves
Liquid egg substitute

Frozen light non dairy whipped topping (optional)

Additional strawberries (optional)

Graham cracker crumbs
Melted margarine

Oven Temp ~ 325°
Recipe Bake Time ~ 55 - 60 minutes
Cheesecake Pan Type ~ 9" springform pan

Directions for Double Chocolate Berry Cheesecake.
Preheat Oven.

Stir together graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

Place milk along with the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring after each minute until smooth. Set mixture aside to cool.
Place the low-fat cream cheese, sugar and strawberry preserves into a mixing bowl or food processor.; Mix until smooth.
Stir in egg substitute, 1/3 cup at a time, mixing with each addition.
Add the chocolate berry mixture to the cream cheese mixture and mix until smooth.
Pour batter gently over prepared graham cracker crust.
Bake until almost set in center.
With knife, loosen cheesecake from side of pan.
Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled.

Just before serving, remove the pan sides.
Serve Double Chocolate Berry Cheesecake with whipped topping and additional strawberries, if desired.
Cover and refrigerate leftover cheesecake.
