Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Recipe

1/3 cup
1/3 cup
1 1/2 cups
3 - 8 ounce pkgs.
4 large
2 tsp.
1 cup
2/3 cup

Graham crackers
Granulated sugar
Unsweetened, baking cocoa
Butter, melted
Granulated sugar
Cream cheese, softened
Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Peanut butter chips

Chocolate syrup-optional

Oven Temp ~ 350°
Recipe Bake Time ~ 55 - 60 minutes
Pan Type ~ 9" springform pan

Preheat Oven.

Crush the graham crackers and place in a medium size bowl. Add first amount of granulated sugar and cocoa.
Mix well. Stir in the melted butter.
Press crumb mixture into bottom of.
In a large mixer bowl cream the second amount of granulated sugar and softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla. Beat until fluffy.
Add the chocolate and peanut butter chips. Stir into batter.
Pour batter into springform pan evenly.
Bake cake in hot oven for the allotted time or until center is slightly set.

Remove from the oven and place on wire rack to cool completely before removing sides of pan.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.

To serve drizzle plate with chocolate syrup and place slice of cake in center.
Drizzle top of cake with syrup if desired.
Cover and refrigerate any leftovers.
Serves: 10 - 12
