1 cup
1/2 cup
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/4 cup

1 cup
1/2 cup
Flour
Sugar
Unsweetened cocoa
Baking soda
Salt
Corn Starch
Egg whites
Water
Karo syrup

Oven Temp ~ 350°
Recipe Bake Time ~ 30 minutes
Pan Type ~ 9 x 9 square pan


Preheat oven, spray pan with non-stick vegetable spray.

Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl.
Whisk egg whites, water and Karo till mixed.
Add to dry ingredients.

Pour the cake batter into a prepared pan.
Bake until cake springs back when lightly touched.

Cool 10 minutes.
Fat Free Chocolate Cake may be dusted with powdered sugar.
