Chocolate Zucchini Cake Recipe

Oven Temp ~ 350°
Recipe Bake Time ~ 45 - 55 minutes
Pan Type ~ 9" x 13" baking pan

Preheat Oven. Spray pan with nonstick pan spray.

In a large mixer bowl cream the butter and sugar.
Add the eggs and vanilla and beat until fluffy.
Add the shredded zucchini and milk. Stir to blend.
Add the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix well.
Stir in chopped nuts.
Pour cake mixture into pan and bake for the allotted time or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center of cake.
Transfer to wire rack to cool.

Chocolate Zucchini Cake Glaze

In a medium size bowl combine the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla.
Beat until smooth with wire whip and drizzle over cake.
