All-purpose flour
Salt
Eggs, room temperature
Cream cheese, softened
Vanilla instant pudding
Milk
Whipped topping, thawed
Chocolate chips
Milk
Butter
Powdered sugar |
Oven Temp ~ 400°
Baking Time ~ 30 minutes
Pan Type ~ 15" x 10" sheet cake pan

Preheat Oven
In a medium saucepan heat the water and butter until butter is melted and water boils. Immediately add the flour, salt and beat with large wooden spoon until mixture takes the shape of a ball. Cool 10 minutes.
Add the eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.
Spread mixture into un-greased pan.
Bake in preheated oven for the allotted time.
Remove from oven and place on wire rack to cool.
If there are any bubbles on cake use a fork and poke them down when removing cake from the oven.
In a medium mixing bowl beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Stir in the milk and pudding mix and beat for 2 minutes. Let cake set for 3 minutes.
Spread on top of cooled cake.
Spread whipped topping over cream cheese mixture.
In a small saucepan combine the chocolate chips, milk and butter cook over medium low heat until chocolate and butter is melted.
Add the sugar and stir well.
Drizzle chocolate glaze over cake.
Refrigerate 4 hours or longer before serving.
