for the Food Processor

granulated sugar
all purpose flour
baking cocoa
baking soda
baking powder
salt
eggs
dairy sour cream
vegetable oil
vanilla
Nonstick pan spray |

Oven Temp ~ 350°
Baking Time ~ 35 - 40 minutes
Pan Type ~ 9" x 13" baking pan

Preheat Oven. Spray pan with nonstick pan spray.
Heat the water and add the instant coffee, stir to dissolve and set aside.
Add to food processor the granulated sugar, flour, baking cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Process the dry ingredients for 6 seconds.
In a medium bowl beat the eggs until fluffy.
Add the dairy sour cream, oil and vanilla. Mix well.
Stir in the coffee.
Pour liquids slowly into feed tube of food processor. Blend for 10 seconds.
Scrape side of bowl and beat for 10 more seconds or until well blended.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for the suggested time or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Cool completely on wire rack before frosting.
Serves: 12 -15
Note: This can be made in a blender if you do not have a food processor.
