One Pan Fudge Cake Recipe

1 1/2 cups
1/2 cup
1 1/2 tsp
2 cups
3/4 tsp
1 1/2 tsp
3/4 cup
1 1/2 cups
1 1/2 tsp
Sugar
Cocoa
Baking soda
Flour
Salt
Vanilla
Vegetable oil
Water
Vinegar

Oven Temp ~ 350°
Bake Time ~ 25 minutes
Pan Type ~ 9" x 13" pan


Preheat oven

In an ungreased 9 x 13 pan - yes ungreased, sift all dry ingredients.
Add the liquids and stir just until blended.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Frost with your favorite frosting, cake is extremely moist so care must be taken so you don't tear the top of the one pan chocolate cake when frosting.

A good trick to use that will avoid any problem, is to place the one pan fudge cake in freezer for about an hour before trying to frost it.
