Butter
Baking cocoa
Granulated sugar
All purpose flour
Baking soda
Salt
Vinegar
Milk
Eggs
Vanilla

Oven Temp ~ 350°
Recipe Bake Time ~ 25 to 30 minutes
Pan Type ~ 9" x 13" pan


Preheat Oven Grease Pan

In a medium sauce pan combine the water, butter and cocoa.
Stir over medium heat, while bringing mixture to a boil.
Pour cocoa mixture into large mixing bowl.
Add the granulated sugar, flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well.
Put the vinegar in a measuring cup.
Add the milk and let set 1 minute.
Pour milk into mixing bowl.
Add the eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth.
Pour batter into pan and bake for the suggested time or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Cool the royal chocolate cake on wire rack completely before frosting with French Buttercream Frosting.
