Flour
Non-fat milk (skim milk)
Granulated fructose
Canola oil
Unsweetened cocoa
Eggs
Baking soda
Salt

Oven Temp ~ 350°
Recipe Bake Time ~ 40 to 45 minutes
Pan Type ~ 9" x 13" pan

Preheat oven, grease and flour cake pan.

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat just until blended.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for suggested time.
Let the diet chocolate cake cool and serve warm with non-fat whipped cream..
